Edward Li

Edward Li is PGT’s Chief Engineer, China. As a mechanical engineer, Edward has over thirty years of experience in the power generation field. During this time, Edward has held various positions working on the design, construction and operation of numerous coal, oil and gas-fired power plants, as well as several waste combustion power plants.

Since 2000, Edward has been working on desulphurization, deNOx and particle treatment related projects, with roles ranging from principle design engineer to vice-general manager.

Edward has industry leading knowledge of the FGD process, having been listed as the first inventor on four dry FGD patents and having served as the deputy chairman of Machinery Industry Environmental Protection Standardization Technology Committee and Atmosphere Cleaning Equipment sub-committee.
